We set up for you!
All bookings include delivery of the items, as well as set up and tear down of the equipment to the exact site of your event. All quotes will reflect travel time, labor for set up/tear down, and length of rental.
All bookings include delivery of the items, as well as set up and tear down of the equipment to the exact site of your event. All quotes will reflect travel time, labor for set up/tear down, and length of rental.
Delivery and pick up requires 2 trips. If you are 30 minutes from our location, that is 2 hours of travel. The 20' x 40' tent requires 2 people approximately an hour to setup and approximately 45 minutes to take down. Totaling almost 4 hours for 2 people, 8 labor hours. Plus gas. This is all included in the base charge.
